After filling out an online feedback form after reaching it from one of the 5 ways; 1 of 2 things happen:

If customers leave less than perfect feedback: when they click 'submit your feedback' they see a thank you page with a video apologising and asking them to fill out a bit more information about what went wrong in a form below. This video can be changed if required (we have put together a special low cost package if you are able to get to the studio in the midlands).

This feedback is kept private and you can choose to have it emailed to the person who deals with customer service. You can also have a text message sent to your phone whenever feedback is left.

When your customers leave a positive review on the feedback form our system can:

* Stream it onto your agencies micro page that appears in the search results (and your potential customers can be directed to, and see your reviews online).

How do I get customers to leave me a review online – I already ask my happy customers; they say the will leave a good review online for me but they never actually do it?
